ABC Community Clinic

ABC Community Clinic is in a continuous process of improvement. Our laboratory has been a focus of attention with the recent addition of immunology and microbiology.

Our plans include expanded inpatient facilities; a 24 hour emergency room; upgrading our radiology department to include CT scanning, mammography, and Doppler ultrasonography. We would also like to provide endoscopy to our patients.

Currently we do not offer surgical services at ABC Community Clinic. We have a dedicated operating room, but lack modern anesthesia equipment (and a surgeon!).

With the pandemics of malaria, Tb, HIV, and water-borne diseases, preventive education is of primary importance. We would like to construct an education facility and provide community education. We plan to provide health education on Radio ABC 88.3 FM.

Recently the Whittier Community Church pledged to build a pediatric ward for the clinic.Construction will begin in September 2007!

This is the future site for an education building. This facility will be used for classes on pre-natal care, nutrition, HIV, continuing medication education classes, among others.
