108 - Business Ethics - 2 hours This course is designed to equip Christians to make proper decisions in business, economics and public policy arena. This course will provide a foundation of Biblical principles that can guide an employer/employee to responsible conduct. Many of the principles will be broad in scope that will allow a wide range of application.

109 - Fundamental Mathematics - 2 hours
Basic mathematical concepts and procedures. Review of arithmetic operations, study of fractions and their application, decimal representation, percentages, equations involving percents and a review of weights and measures, both metric and non-metric. The course will also cover elementary geometry, algebra and statistics.

131, 132, 133, 134 - Typing IA & B - 1 hour
A basic introduction to typing. the course is designed to allow the student to become familiar with general typing skills and procedures that will help him/her with college assignment and future communication/skills.

231 - Bookkeeping I - 2 hours
The study of record keeping basic skills, also record keeping for; cashiers, record keeping for banking, record keeping for petty cash, record keeping for students and families, record keeping for retail sales clerks. The development of accuracy and speed in the fundamentals of mathematics is encouraged.

232 - Bookkeeping II - 2 hours
This course is a continuation of Bookkeeping I. This course has four units: Record keeping for a purchasing department, record keeping for a wholesale sales department, record keeping for a payroll department, record keeping for small retail businesses.

234 - Typing IIA & B - 1 hour
Intermediate typing skills will be practiced. This course is a continuation of Freshman Typing I.

341 - Introduction to Computer Science - 2 hours
A beginning level course the will introduce the student to computer terminology and operation. Students successfully completing this course will have a basic working knowledge of computers that will make them of special value to employers. Lab work will reinforce material learned in lecture.
