management training. The course will include studies of successful
professional leaders, as well as discussion of the problems, conflicts
and motivations of effective leadership. The course will also help
develop strategies for creating and leading groups efficiently,
effectively and boldly.
311 - Educational Psychology I - 3 hours:
The course in educational psychology centers on the
privileges and responsibilities of teaching. Students learn the
importance of loving those they teach and how this works itself
out practically. The students will learn to determine the developmental
level of their pupils, so that can design lessons appropriate to
their capacity. The class will also study the learning process itself
so that they know strategies that will help their pupils to develop
thinking skills that will make them able to contribute in their

312 - Educational Psychology II - 3 hours:
The course concentrates on the practical issues of
teaching such as methods of motivating a class, instructional objectives,
designing lessons and managing the classroom. Students will also
become familiar with various forms of disabilities and the methods
of dealing with them. Opportunities will be afforded for practicing
some of these skills.
