301, 302 - Physical Education - 1 hour
Care of the body and development of life-long daily,
health habits through daily physical fitness and sports activities,
such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, net ball, and table tennis.
Required of all freshmen, sophomores and juniors.
237 - Science of Physiology - 2 hours
Basic knowledge, understanding and scientific principles
of physical fitness. Emphasis on the long lasting benefits of physical
conditioning to the human body.
242 - Sports Medicine - 2 hours
This course will cover the basic fundamental in both
care and prevention of athletic injuries. CPR and First Aid, both
integral part of the care of injuries, will also be covered.
